The Yoga Studio offers a warm welcome to all. Yoga is practised is in the Iyengar Yoga tradition and there are also deeply relaxing restorative classes and meditation classes.
The studio is small, but beautifully equipped, with the only Great Yoga Wall (TM) in New Zealand.It is in Devonport, on Auckland's North Shore.
Group lessons and one to one sessions are available along with Personal Transition coaching and meditation lessons
There is no casual attendance, class numbers are limited to 8 and pre-booking is essential. Classes usually run in continuous 10 week cycles or during school term time.
