iRest Yoga nidra is simple, and anyone can learn to do it. It is learnt lying down rather than the more formal meditation practice of sitting, and this helps you to go into a restful state more easily. You are fully guided into a meditative state in which you are neither awake nor asleep and your body is at completely at rest. It feels really great, like you are on the edge of sleep, a blissful kind of zoning out. |
