The Yoga Studio: Embrace Health, Relaxation & Meditation

The Yoga Studio offers a warm welcome to all. Yoga is practised in the Iyengar Yoga tradition and we love to share our passion for deeply relaxing restorative yoga, sound baths and meditation classes. ​Plus Wellbeing Retreats for women.

The studio is small, but beautifully equipped, with the only Great Yoga Wall  in New Zealand.​ It's in Devonport, on Auckland's North Shore. ​

Regular Sound Bath Journeys are held at the studio  which was built as a music room in 1925. It's also the NZ home of Crystal Tones® incredible alchemy singing bowls which are available for sale. 

Class numbers are limited and pre-booking is essential. Classes run during school term time only.

DEEP DIVE
Sound bath journey 
I will be using a master set of crystal tones alchemy bowls, with gong, drums and other sound healing instruments.  This is a lush event with herbal tisane, aromatherapy oils and card readings.

DEEP CALM
Be guided through a restorative meditation  enhanced with the gentle drone of alchemy singing bowls and spiral sounds This is not a full sound bath — rather, it’s a space of subtle, sonic support designed to help your nervous system settle and reset.

DEEP REST 
 As the busyness of Christmas builds, give yourself the gift of stillness. Join me for a deeply nurturing Deep Rest session on the Summer Solstice—a time of light, renewal, and inner balance.This session blends restorative yoga and a sound bath journey to help you release tension, calm your mind, and restore your energy. With the solstice as our backdrop, we’ll create space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Special event & collaboration
I only get to do this a couple of times a year and this event is a real favourite. Sound and Restorative Yoga immersion. Emma ( founder of Flourish Yoga) will lead you through a soothing sequence of Restorative poses while I move around playing and offering Reiki. 
Then we finish with a sound bath Savasana. 
Last event of the year and it comes just at this busy time of year  when you need to rest and nourish your well-being to make the holiday season  joyful.
