The Yoga Studio: Embrace Health, Relaxation & Meditation

The Yoga Studio offers a warm welcome to all. Yoga is practised in the Iyengar Yoga tradition and we love to share our passion for deeply relaxing restorative yoga, sound baths and meditation classes. ​Plus Wellbeing Retreats for women.

The studio is small, but beautifully equipped, with the only Great Yoga Wall  in New Zealand.​ It's in Devonport, on Auckland's North Shore. ​

Regular Sound Bath Journeys are held at the studio  which was built as a music room in 1925. It's also the NZ home of Crystal Tones® incredible alchemy singing bowls which are available for sale. 

Class numbers are limited and pre-booking is essential. Classes run during school term time only.
