  WHAT IS SOUND HEALING & SOUND BATHS ALL ABOUT?

Music and sound has always been used to heal. It is part of all our ceremonies, worship, celebrations, entertainment and just life. It connects us all, everywhere in the world sound and rhythm brings joy. Music and sound is therapy  and vibrational healing and vibration touches every part of our physical being right down to the cellular level.

In my sound work I use traditional instruments like Tibetan bowls that have been used for healing for hundreds of years. Placed on the body they create ripples of sound that vibrate through the body like a type of natural ultrasound. I love to use other instruments like the flute, sansula, drums and chimes. their powerful resonance creating a shimmering, multi-layered blend of sound. I am particularly passionate about the sound of the alchemy crystal singing bowls which is unforgettable, and once its presence is introduced into our lives we are forever transformed.  

I began my healing journey into sound 13 years ago using Hemi-sync music for meditation and to help calm my son who was born with complex medical issues.  I had been using tibetan singing  bowls  and Tingsha cymbols in my Yoga classes and personal meditation practice but was inspired to begin using them along with simple chants when I began teaching disabled children in Yoga sessions and the effects were profound it inspired me to learn more and expand my collection of bowls.   My passion to dive deeper into vibrational healing grew when I got my first set of crystal singing bowls and it  continues to expand and grow into a love affair with alchemy singing bowls and gongs and more Creating soundscapes that guide you into abiding in pure consciousness and bliss is my intention.

Individual Sound Healing Sessions

These sessions are completely customised for you. I use the purest quartz crystal bowls including the extraordinary Crystal Tones® Alchemy  bowls made from the finest ethically mined quartz crystal they have 'alchemies' added like gems, crystals precious metals gold and platinum and minerals,  Tibetan style bowls can also be placed on the body for direct vibrational healing. We are all vibrational beings and these sessions help tune the body and mind leaving us feeling harmonised, refreshed and energised.  It is an enchanting unforgettable experience.

Each soundscape session is uniquely customised to the individual's need and intention and Reiki healing can be added if desired.  Individual private sessions are $175  Couples and groups contact me for more information.  Visits to home, or hospice can also be arranged

 This is unique and wonderful blend of sound concert and transformative healing session, a sensory experience in which participants are awash in sound vibrations produced by singing bowls, voice and other sound healing tools like drums, chimes , gongs and the sensual koshi chimes. 
In this class you walk in and find everything pre set up for you to completely relax.  bathe in a sonic vibrations and healing Reiki energy. In Winter this is a candlelight class in a toasty warm studio. . No experience necessary all welcome to come along and luxuriate.
