One to one classes for pregnancy.
In pregnancy the body is constantly changing and adapting. Yoga can help you to adjust to these accelerated changes in a safe and healthy way. Strengthening, toning and stretching muscles can help make labour more easy as the body has learnt to release and open and work with the breath . I have many years experience in teaching pre-natal and post natal yoga and taught and practiced yoga through my own pregnancies as well. I love to provide you with a tool kit for labour, and beyond to motherhood.
