Coaching has been personally transformational in aiding me to manifest changes that I wanted to see in my life. So powerfully helpful that I was moved to train as a coach. I have melded that training with years of mindfulness and yoga teaching along with iRestTM (Yoga nidra) to create a variety of unique one to one programmes to help with wellbeing, stress management, and developing a more meaningful, happier life.

TRANSITION COACHING

​Why use coaching?

Individual one on one coaching is a wonderful way to invest in your life and future and if you don't do it then who will?  Transition Coaching will enhance your performance in all areas of your life.

What is Transition Coaching ?
All of us go through many significant changes in our life that can leave us feeling disconnected or uncertain.
  • Are you undergoing change, maybe with a career or more personally in a relationship? 
  • Do you simply need to work through some personal issues in a non- judgemental and helpful manner.
  • Is there a need to make change in your life to grow and move forward?

As your coach I will be in your corner 100% in a completely non-judgemental way. Together we will 
  • Explore how you can live a life that is more fulfilling and fully aligned with your personal values
  • Examine confusing and difficult issues with more clarity

  • Find ways to communicate more effectively

I am a Momentum trained coach and International Coach Federation aligned. In my coaching I draw on that training, and also bring to that my previous business experience as managing director of independant television companies.
I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.

iRESTTM (YOGA NIDRA)

​What is iRest?
​

​iRest is mindfulness meditation taught in a way that sets out a wonderful pathway into inquiry, relaxation and deep meditation, giving tools for both beginners and long time meditators. 

​iRest stands for integrative restoration and was developed over the last 46 years by clinical psychologist and yogic scholar Dr. Richard Miller. An official programme of the US army used as a treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in returning veterans, it is a wonderful blending of neuropsychology, Western medical knowledge and traditional yogic mindfulness meditation techniques.  


This is a medically endorsed and research-led programme used across the US in hospitals, hospices, schools and corporations to help people with sleep disturbances, depression, stress and pain. I am fortunate and thrilled to be among the first teachers to offer it in NZ.

iRest is integrative, in that it heals the various unresolved issues, traumas and wounds that are present in the body and mind.

It is restorative in that it aids its practitioners in recognising their underlying peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances of life.

6 week courses run regularly see timetable
along with monthly Sunday classes on first of month.

One to one sessions are also available along with group sessions at your workplace.
Your iRest program has been very useful for my everyday life as it brings me a mental, physical and spiritual calmness that I need in order to live the fast paced chaotic life that is the U.S. ARMY. When I practice iRest I notice that I have a sharper mental clarity and am able to relax faster to relieve both the mental and physical stress that I'm under.
