​The Yoga Studio offers a warm welcome to all. Yoga is  practised is in the Iyengar Yoga tradition and there are also deeply relaxing restorative classes and meditation classes. 

​The studio is small,  but beautifully equipped, with the only Great Yoga Wall (TM) in New Zealand.​It is in Devonport, on Auckland's North Shore.

Group lessons and one to one sessions are available along with Personal Transition coaching and meditation lessons 

There is no casual attendance, class numbers are limited to 8 and pre-booking is essential. Classes usually run in continuous 10 week cycles or during school term time.
